The C-suite curriculum Utah has been missing.
Built from original research, Sego Suite is the vital translation layer between the expertise woman have and the skills CEOs and boards are looking for.
SEGO SUITE

Sego Suite is for you if…
You’re just a few moves away from the CEO and you want to make sure you’re ready when the door opens.
You already have the C-title and want to lead at the highest level, not just occupy a seat.
You know you’re being considered for bigger roles, and you want to give decision-makers confidence in your readiness.
You want to know what it takes to lead from the C-suite. We’ve done the research so you don’t have to guess.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does the application process look like?
You will submit an application form and, if you’re accepted, we’ll send you a form to complete registration and payment. In general, we want to make sure your experience will match other women working at your level.
Is this program right for me if I’m already in the C-suite?
Yes. Many women who join are already in the C-suite, looking to sharpen their executive skillset and get fluent in the functions outside their own. A CFO who can read legal risk, a general counsel who understands operations, a CMO who can hold her own on the P&L: that’s what makes an executive genuinely effective at the top. The functional modules cover finance, legal, operations, culture, and beyond, so you leave able to engage with confidence in every department around the table.
Can my company cover the cost?
Yes, in fact, most do. Please reach out if you have questions or need help presenting this to your company.
What if I need to miss a session due to travel or work demands?
We strongly encourage you to attend in person as often as possible. However, we understand you’re a busy leader and we understand conflicts are inevitable. At this time, we don’t plan on recording each session. We may have a transcription or summary for you to review.
How is Sego Suite different from other executive leadership programs?
This program was designed with research gathered by real Utah CEOs and female executives. It’s custom-made to Utah’s business landscape and leadership. The cohort caps at 30 to ensure deep discussion and genuine connection, not a lecture hall experience. Sego Suite adds an extra element of expertise: peer-led modules. Participants will get to learn from each other and from leaders who have recent or current on-the-job experience.
I’ve done a lot of leadership development already. Why is this different?
Between the research, the caliber of your cohort, and the incredible instructor lineup, this development program is comprehensive and personal. You’ll broaden your network in a way that’s only possible at two-year MBA programs in half the time and at a fraction of the cost.
How was the curriculum developed?
We spent months asking Utah executives one question: What does it take for women to be promoted to the C-suite or CEO. The discussion, biases, knowledge gaps, and experiences we heard directly influenced our curriculum. Sego Suite closes the gap between what women think is required at those positions and what CEOs and boards are actually looking for.
Who else will be in the room with me?
The application process ensures everyone in the room is at a senior or executive level, i.e. VP, C-suite, or equivalent. You’ll be in a room with women who understand your position, your pressures, and your ambition.
Will this program give me access to a network beyond my cohort?
You’ll connect with your 30-person cohort regularly, build relationships with our instructor lineup, and tap into Sego Leadership’s broader network of over 1,400 women leaders across Utah.
What happens after the program ends?
After we celebrate your incredible accomplishment, you’ll be an official Sego Leader and join an alumna of over 1,400 women. Our alumna program holds quarterly events and special access to Sego Leadership events throughout the year.
