Sego Leadership is one of 18 awardees of the Workplace Innovation Now (WIN) Challenge, led by Aspen Digital and supported by Pivotal, a group of social impact organizations founded by Melinda French Gates. Our $2.5 million award will launch a two-year, research-driven campaign asking Utah’s leaders, employers, women and men a simple question: What does it look like when Utah’s values lead the way for working mothers?
