Tessa Douglas is the President and CEO of the Cedar City Chamber of Commerce. She comes to the Chamber with more than 15 years of leadership in educational, nonprofit, and community development. Her background includes leading Southwest Technical College’s community relations department, launching the Cedar City Business & Innovation Center, and building programs like the dual enrollment partnership between SUU and STECH, as well as SUU’s study abroad program.

Tessa is passionate about service and collaboration. She has served as President of the Cedar City Rotary Club and on several nonprofit boards. Her contributions have been recognized with honors such as Woman of the Year by the Cedar City Chamber and inclusion among Utah’s Top 50 Women Leaders by Women We Admire. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in communication and is pursuing a doctorate in educational leadership.
