Sydne Jacques, PE, CSP, is the CEO of Next Level Leadership and an engineer-turned-professional speaker known as “the engineer with a personality.” After building and selling her own engineering firm, she has trained 20,000+ people and worked with 600+ teams across the U.S., Brazil, and Japan. Sydne champions women in male-dominated industries, serving on the board for Women in Transportation and as an advisor to the Women in Civil Engineering at BYU.
Her innovative leadership has earned recognition as one of Utah Business Magazine’s “30 Women to Watch” and Utah Valley Biz Magazine’s “10 Coolest Entrepreneurs”. A Montana farm girl at heart, Sydne is the author of “Build What Matters”. When not transforming organizations, she enjoys time with her husband, four kids, and grandbaby—and works on her self-proclaimed bad golf game.
