Stephanie Dowland is a business leader, community connector, and speaker who believes some of our greatest strengths are often found in the parts of our stories we once wished were different.
Born with a physical difference that left her with only three fully formed fingers, Stephanie learned early how to adapt, find confidence in what made her different, and recognize that our challenges can become some of our most powerful tools for connecting with and influencing others.
Professionally, Stephanie has spent her career in executive leadership, business development, organizational culture, and community relations. Today, she serves as Director of Business Development and Community Relations for Jolley’s Corner, where she focuses on building meaningful partnerships, strengthening community connections, and helping a beloved local business grow while preserving the relationships and culture at its heart.
Whether speaking about leadership and influence, navigating change, building confidence, creating meaningful workplace cultures, or recognizing the unique strengths we each bring to the table, Stephanie combines real-life experiences with practical ideas audiences can take with them.
At the center of her message is a simple belief: our influence isn’t measured by how many people follow us, but by how we help people recognize what they’re capable of becoming.
