Morgan Williams Brown is Founder & CEO of Blendyd Studios Inc., an award-winning software firm modernizing driver hiring in the $940B trucking industry by building next generation technologies to maximize operational efficiencies and provoke new conversations around the future of talent acquisition. Previously, Morgan served as Utah’s first black, female owner & operator of a trucking logistics technology company as CEO of EverWoke Inc., an award-winning enterprise SaaS company. Morgan served as CEO EverWoke after her late-twin brother, who founded the company, Cameron Russell Williams, unexpectedly passed away due to complications with a brain tumor in June 2021.

Morgan holds many diverse titles, from published genomics researcher, to science teacher, to merchandising analyst, and national education reinvention leader. Her career has been grounded in disrupting conventional troupes in conservative industries. Her talents for strategy, partnership optimization, and unconventional thinking have helped propel several organizations through complex pivots and major transformations.

A proud HBCU graduate of Spelman College, Morgan holds several degrees, including a Bachelor in Arts in Psychology, Master of Education from University of St. Thomas-Houston, and Master of Business Creation from the University of Utah. Morgan serves on the Board of Governors of the Salt Lake City Chamber of Commerce, HBCU Impact Advisory Board at the University of Utah, Utah Trucking Association Board of Directors, Utah Black Chamber Small Business Committee, and co-chair of the Cameron Russell Williams Impact Alliance. As a philanthropist, speaker, author, and one of Utah Business’ 2023 30 Women to Watch, Morgan lives by the idea, “when they tell you it’s impossible, that’s their limitation, not yours”.
