With extensive experience in film, theater, education, and advocacy, Mindy B Young captivates audiences with humor, heart, and realness bringing diverse perspectives together to inspire connection. Mindy is a lifelong educator and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, who has taught corporate teams and audiences, university and K-12 students in a variety of subjects including advocacy, workplace culture, arts integration, theatre, public speaking, and ESL. She founded ESL Arts Advantage, teaching English as a second language through the arts. Currently, she and her partner at Constructive Alchemy are working with nonprofits in strategic leadership, development, PR/Communications, and advocacy. For many years, Mindy has been producing, directing, and starring in spectacular events and shows including, during her time as Equality Utah’s Managing Director, the annual Allies Gala featuring stars such as Gloria Steinem, Tig Notaro, and the Indigo Girls. Her most fulfilling role is mom of 5 fantastic boys.
