Lyn T. Christian is a Master Certified Coach (ICF MCC) and founder of SoulSalt Inc., a coaching company dedicated to helping people “find their truth, then live it.” With over 25 years of global experience, Lyn is known for expertise in leadership development, personal reinvention, and business coaching.

An award-winning former educator, Lyn later served in innovation and coach-training roles at Franklin Covey. They hold advanced certifications including Conversational Intelligence®, Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, Franklin Covey Coaching, and mBIT, and previously served as a WABC ambassador.

Lyn has trained and mentored coaches worldwide, working with executives, entrepreneurs, creatives, and individuals navigating change. Recognized for a creative, direct, and human-centered style, they are also a top finisher in Xterra and Spartan races and Utah Business Magazine’s Fittest Executive Woman Over 50.

Through SoulSalt Inc., Lyn continues to certify coaches and lead programs grounded in their book SoulSalt.

Lyn T. Christian is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the founder of SoulSalt Inc., a coaching and personal development company dedicated to helping individuals and organizations "find their truth, then live it." With over 25 years of coaching experience across industries and continents, Lyn has become a recognized thought leader in leadership development, personal reinvention, and business coaching.

Holding a degree in education from Brigham Young University, Lyn began their professional journey as a multi-sensory educator, earning Teacher of the Year honors, before transitioning into organizational training and coaching. They were a driving force at Franklin Covey for several years, where they served as Director of Innovation and co-developed coach training programs for both Franklin Covey Coaching and Legacy Learning LLC. Lyn also held the role of Associate Director of the Project Management and Innovation Center.

Lyn holds multiple advanced coaching certifications including:
