Leslie Snavely grew up in central Ohio, raised by two educators who instilled a simple belief she still carries: learn something new every day of your life. She graduated from Miami University and set off on a career that took her through some of the world's most recognizable consumer brands — Procter & Gamble, Pepsi, and philosophy — before she found her way to healthcare.

Her arrival at CHG Healthcare began out of a desire to move into healthcare. She applied for a marketing role five weeks into parental leave with her first child and got a rejection in less than 48 hours. She didn't walk away. She treated "no" as a question worth answering — is this really what I want? If yes, keep going — and eventually found her way in. That was the beginning of a 15+ year journey that took her from VP of Marketing and Communications to Chief Digital and Strategy Officer — where she led CHG's technology transformation, building teams, launching products, and acquiring companies to establish CHG as the technology leader in physician workforce solutions — and ultimately to CEO and President.

Today Leslie is the President and CEO of CHG Healthcare, the nation's leading physician workforce solutions company and the only organization that serves as a true career partner to physicians, with a clear conviction: that a people-first culture isn't a feel-good aspiration — it's the strategy. Under her leadership, CHG earns world-class Net Promoter Scores and was recognized by Fortune as one of its Best Companies to Work For for the 12th time. She is a sustained voice in the industry, having been named to Staffing Industry Analysts' Global Power 150 and to the SIA Staffing 100 North America list for three consecutive years. Leslie lives in Park City, Utah with her husband Jon and their two children, Katharine and Matthew.
