Kristin Andrus is the founder of Gathering for Impact, head of the Andrus Family Foundation, and one of Utah’s most trusted advocates for women, children, and vulnerable communities.

Kristin believes in what she calls “sticky service”—the idea that lasting change comes from consistently showing up, getting involved, and giving back in ways that align with your values and passions. Whether she’s leading hands-on volunteer projects, hosting community events, or supporting policy initiatives, Kristin brings people together to do good—and do it well. She also serves on the Utah Valley University Board of Trustees, the Cities Strong Foundation board, the Show Up Utah board, and the Utah Workforce Housing Authority committee.

She’s also the author of Life At Our Table, a cookbook created with her family to support the Huntsman Mental Health Foundation and raise awareness around substance abuse.
