Erin Clark is co-founder and President of the Leading Through Institute (LTI) and co-author of Leading Through: Activating the Soul, Heart and Mind of Leadership, (Harvard Business Review Press), a book she wrote with her father and brother. Together, they have established LTI to further their research and continue the hard work of changing the paradigm of leadership – from ‘power-over’ to Leading Through.

In 2024 Erin retired from Deloitte after a more than 20 year career in consulting, including her time as a partner and practice leader at Monitor Group (acquired by Deloitte in 2013). Before retiring she was the US National Leader for Culture and Leadership in Human Capital Consulting.

Prior to her career in consulting, Erin held leadership positions in Executive Education at the Harvard Business School and worked as a researcher and analyst.

Erin is the proud mother of five children and lives in Alpine, Utah. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Utah and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.
