Aimee J. Daily began her role in November 2023, bringing over 20 years of executive and healthcare leadership. She holds a Ph.D. from Benedictine University, as well as credentials in human resources, coaching and organizational development. Daily also shares a personal connection with children’s hospitals as her two children, now adults, were born prematurely and treated in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

Dr. Aimee Daily joins us today as President and CEO of Children's Miracle Network, a nonprofit that raises funds for children's hospitals across the U.S. and Canada. And in 2024, under her leadership, the organization raised more than $464 million--its most successful year in four decades.
Aimee has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and executive leadership. She holds a PhD from Benedictine (beh-nuh-dik-teen) University and has been nationally recognized for her innovative approach to leadership-- including being named on of Utah Business' 30 Women to Watch in 2024.
But what drives her most is her personal connection. Aimee's children were born prematurely, and she experienced firsthand the critical role children's hospitals play in a family's life.
