Melinda is a leadership strategist, speaker, facilitator, serving as Executive Director of Community and Workforce Development at SUU. A certified Clifton Strengths™ and Laser Coach, and having founded her framework, Easeful W.A.Y., she also served for a decade as co-founding executive director of the international nonprofit, StateraArts, leading it from seed to an audience in 36 countries, and hosting a groundbreaking mentorship program and four national conferences, which convened in NYC, Denver, Milwaukee, and her home of Cedar City, UT. She is known for curating bespoke messages spanning topics including ease, energy and strengths-alignment; creativity by, for, and through more people like YOU; and finding, claiming, and aiming your unique, values-aligned leadership blueprint. Professional director, actor, singer, Melinda also holds a Masters degree in Arts Administration from SUU. She is “Momma Bird” to three daughters. Though her wings are widely spread, she is forever a Creative at heart.
