With a background spanning professional services, venture capital, strategic marketing, and relationship management, Merry brings a unique blend of strategy, storytelling, and execution to every conversation. She is passionate about elevating client experience, strengthening organizational culture, empowering women in business, and building initiatives that create connection, belonging, and momentum. Merry has also played a leading role in launching impactful internal and community-focused initiatives, including TannerTOGETHER and TannerWISE.

Prior to Tanner, Merry spent nine years with EPIC Ventures supporting technology investment relationships, community engagement, and brand positioning.
