Cassie is a dynamic leader who has been instrumental in the growth and success of Capita since joining the company in 2013. With a Bachelor’s degree from BYU, where she also competed as an athlete in various sports, Cassie has always been passionate about pushing boundaries and empowering others to do the same. Her dedication to breaking barriers in a male-dominated field has earned her recognition, as Cassie has received awards from Utah Valley Business Q’s 40 Under 40, Utah Business’s Executive Excellence, and was instrumental in Capita being recognized as one of Utah’s 100 Companies Championing Women. In 2023, she received an invitation to join the board for Utah’s First Lady Abby Cox’s initiative, where she supports Abby in advocating for Utah’s most vulnerable communities. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and traveling.
